| A new three-level, 11,000 square foot contemporary building comprised of three high-end loft apartments with an enclosed parking garage. The site is located in the LODO area of Denver, Colorado with great views of the Platte River and downtown. Creative thought explored several design and material options to meet the desires of the client to build on this small and challenging site. |
