| The upgrade, remodel, and renovation of a twelve unit apartment building. Located in Simi Valley, California, the project provided much needed low-income housing for the area. The project scope included upgraded amenities in all rooms, providing disabled access, a manager's office, and upgraded mechanical, electrical and fire/life safety systems. |
