| Upgrade remodel and renovation of a 44-room hotel originally build in 1947. Located in the historic downtown district of Ventura, California, the project provided much needed low-income housing for the area. The project scope included upgraded amenities in all rooms, providing disabled access, a common kitchen/dining room, and upgraded mechanical, electrical and fire/life safety systems. |
