| A major tenant improvement project for a church located inside of a large industrial building. The project involved converting a warehouse storage area into a 5,500 s.f. auditorium and a remodel of the existing church area. Changes to the plan included enlarging the lobby, reconfiguring multiple classrooms areas, a new café, and new accessible restrooms. |
