| Varied projects dating from 1998 to 2006 to remodel existing restaurants and offices and increase restroom services at the village. One project involved the removal and replacement of deteriorating wooden decks and stairs with newly designed concrete decks, stairs and glass walls along the promenade over-looking the boat slips. |
